Mini Implantology as part of your implant cases
In this lecture you will learn when and where mini dental implants are most beneficial, as well as when not to use them. All implants can fail and mini implants will fail if placed without the appropriate training. Their protocols are completely different than using standard implants and failure rates will be much higher without additional training. Many people believe they are temporary, or for transitional work. Learn the protocols and prosthetics that make them a great addition to your implant practice. With proper training mini implants can have lifetime success.
Learning objectives for this lecture:
- Show why mini implants can be beneficial
- Explain why additional training is needed to be successful with mini implants
- Learn when and where mini implants are appropriate
